- December 20th to January 10th: This period covers the Christmas and New Year holidays.
- Christmas Night and December 31st Night: Special rates apply on these specific nights.

Hotel Check-In and Check-Out Times
- Please note that check-in times may vary depending on the hotel. Typically, check-in times are between 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Check-out times generally fall between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Specific times will be provided in your itinerary upon booking.
- If you have any specific requirements or need to arrange an earlier check-in, inform us during your booking process, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, but these cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Procedure
- 50% deposit upon confirmation and balance payment 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- You can make the payment via Credit/Debit card without any additional charges. All costs, including any potential fees, are covered by our company, so you only need to pay the amount specified in the tour package.
- A bank transfer for the company bank details.

Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival – no charge – any payments made prior to this date will be reimbursed (less any bank charges)
- If cancelled between14 to 29 days (inclusive) prior to arrival – 50% of the total booking value will be charge.
- If cancelled between 7 to 14 days prior to arrival – 75% of the total booking value will be charge.
- If cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival – 100% of the total booking value will be charge.

We’ll take you to Kithulgala, where you can enjoy rafting on the Kelani River, surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the Kitulgala rainforest. After finishing water Sports, we will travel to Hotel in Kithulgala to Negombo 83 KM.
