Please note that our prices may include a peak season supplement during high-demand periods. The peak seasons include the            following dates:

  1. December 20th to January 10th: This period covers the Christmas and New Year holidays.
  2. Christmas Night and December 31st Night: Special rates apply on these specific nights.
  3. Summer Peak – Kandy Perahera 2024: August 18th, 2024.

 Hotel Check-In and Check-Out Times

  • Please note that check-in times may vary depending on the hotel. Typically, check-in times are between 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Check-out times generally fall between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Specific times will be provided in your itinerary upon booking.
  • If you have any specific requirements or need to arrange an earlier check-in, inform us during your booking process, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, but these cannot be guaranteed.

 

Payment Procedure

  • 50% deposit upon confirmation and balance payment 14 days prior to the arrival date.
  • You can make the payment via Credit/Debit card without any additional charges. All costs, including any potential fees, are covered by our company, so you only need to pay the amount specified in the tour package.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival – no charge – any payments made prior to this date will be reimbursed (less any bank charges)
  • If cancelled between14 to 29 days (inclusive) prior to arrival – 50% of the total booking value will be charge.

Day 01: A Warm Island Welcome

Your journey begins the moment you touch down. After a delicious breakfast (or a refreshing morning snack depending on your flight time), your AR Raha Tours Chauffeur Guide will warmly welcome you at the Bandaranaike International Airport. Always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist, your guide will handle your luggage and ensure a smooth Sri Lanka airport transfer to your hotel in Negombo.

Once you have settled in, we embark on a gentle Negombo city tour.
